We are proud to announce that we have partnered with the Colorado Gay Volleyball Association (CGVA) to offer the inaugural AIDS Walk Colorado Volleyball Tournament! The grass tournament will take place in Cheesman Park on August 15, 2009, as part of the AIDS Walk Colorado festival.

Pool play for the tournament will begin at 10:30AM following the AIDS Walk, which tournament participants are encouraged to take part in. All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt, and the top teams in each division will also receive prizes.

Registration closes at 5:00PM on August 5, 2009. The number of teams will be capped, and we are expecting the tournament to fill quickly, so please register as soon as possible.

Tournament Format

The four-person pre-formed teams will be divided into three divisions (beginner, intermediate, and advanced), as participation allows. So, regardless of whether you have never played competitive volleyball before or if you have played for years, there is a place for you in the tournament.

This is a charity tournament, so, while competition is expected and encouraged, please register your team for the division that best describes your collective abilities.
